Eugene Grinde
President/Chief Security Officer
Eugene began his career with Desert Eagle Security in 2004. As the Chief of Security, he continues to lead a highly qualified security guard force in Arizona and Nevada. He ensures the quality of service with regular inspections, continuous training and communications. He continues to oversee the daily operations of the company having over 20 years of supervisory experience. As President of Desert Eagle Security, he is a part of the decision-making process team that evaluates the abilities and functionalities of the company, that allows Desert Eagle Security to thrive and grow. Working alongside the CAO to ensure the creative processes continue in order to maintain the longevity that Desert Eagle Security has.
Arik Oliver
Chief Administration Officer
Arik began his career with Desert Eagle Security in 2014. Within his first 2 years he was promoted to Corporal. He was able to implement updated training programs, updated Chain of command procedures. 2 months after his Corporal promotion he was promoted to Sergeant. He became the liaison for the longest held contract with Desert Eagle Security and maintained post orders, contract requirements, scheduling and assisting with daily operation. He was promoted to Lieutenant a year later as he was able to prove himself competent in running the business and handling sites, staff and issues in a professional manner. With his knowledge in Technology, IT services/support and 16 years of security and supervisor experience, along with showing his ability to lead and run the company, he was promoted to Chief Administration Officer. In this role he will be maintaining daily operations, handling contracts and expanding the company further.
Kendra Bergman
Treasurer
Kendra Bergman began her career at Desert Eagle Security in 1999. Over the years, she worked her way up through management to become Chief Executive Officer in 2007. Her leadership skills led the company through many years of success. Although she retired in 2021, she continues to consult and provide guidance to the corporate management team.
Tiffany George
Consultant/Shareholder
Tiffany, a Navy Veteran, former defense contractor and small business owner, brings a background of military, defense contracting, small business management and security knowledge to the Desert Eagle Security team. Tiffany is also the AZ Program Director for the Special Liberty Project, Inc as well as serves on the Board of the Santa Cruz County Fair & Rodeo Association as Treasurer and Chair of the Sonoita Horse Races Committee.
